Overall, have had a great experience living at Elevate. The apartments are very well taken care of and the management is wonderful. I love the new amenities area as well. It's a great neighborhood/location to live in and I will probably continue living here for a while longer. You can get lots of space for a decent price, which is really hard to find in downtown living

Community is very well maintained. With every amenity you could want, and the staff is so friendly. Our unit is a townhouse and honeatly blew our expectations out of the water. Very happy with my experience here so far.

Maintenance is wonderful, front staff is wonderful, and the grounds are well-kept. I moved to Kentucky recently and having such a great apartment has made this experience smooth and easy as a whole for me.
